I met with Zoë during a big life transition. Not knowing what was coming next, I was experiencing a lot of fear about the future. Since our energy work session I have been more content than I could’ve imagined with allowing life to unfold and I feel at ease moving through life’s uncertainties.

Working with Zoë was so supportive. It felt like a reboot. Before the session, there was a build up of stagnant energies in my field. My energy centers just weren’t flowing and there was a lot in my field that wasn’t mine affecting how I was moving. After the session, I felt a sense of flow again and an activation in my energy centers. My bubble felt clear and full of my authentic energy. Since the session, I have felt a surge of motivation.

I had a session with Zoë during a very transitional time when I felt anxious and fatigued, and the session made me feel so much lighter. I felt like I finally let go of something I couldn’t shake for a long time, and I felt a lot more calm when thinking about all the change that were coming.
